What is Happy iMart?

Happy iMart offers delivery services for your food and grocery shopping needs. Our services allow HappyIslanders to select from local food and items from groceries, supermarkets and restaurants via its Mobile app. Happy convenience at your fingertips! Access it anywhere.

Who is our market?

There is no doubt that there is a rising shift in online ordering from traditional means, given its simplicity and convenience. Of the market that go to product delivery apps, around 20% have already decided what products/item to order. This means that there are around 80% of undecided customers who are busy and willing to pay for supplies delivery, and these are the people we want to tap. Happy iMart offers these customers the variety of choices, at the same time we make our partner grocery products/items accessible to them.

How do we bring in customers?

Happy iMart does online marketing and is the first online app that provides food and grocery delivery in the Island of Catanduanes. We will make sure that when a customer searches for food, supplies delivery services, Happy iMart is the first option. This applies for both search engine and app store searches. This also means that if we became the first choice at the island of Catanduanes, our partner grocery stores are first choice as well.

Furthermore, the more people who come to the platform and use the app translates to more sales for our partners.

What do our partner restaurants get?

How does Happy iMart work?

The process is straightforward:

1. They order.

  • Customers order products from your store through our app or website based with their delivery address.
  • There is no minimum order.
  • There is a delivery fee of Php49 base service fee (within 5km distance)
    - plus additional 6php for every kilometer that the customer shoulders.
  • The customer can either pay with Cash On Delivery, Credit Card, or Paypal.
  • Happy iMart then compiles all the grocery store’ s orders every week. At the end of the week, we send the grocery store a Statement of Account. If there are no discrepancies, we deposit your total sales minus our commission rate to the bank account the grocery store provides us.

2. You prepare the food / products.

  • Once the order is placed by the customer, you will be notified through an online web application dashboard.
  • You can manage your inventory in your dashboard, as well as pause accepting orders if you’re overwhelmed.
  • After you’ve accepted the order, fulfillment will be within two hours. After 2 hours, the rider will pick-up the product/items for delivery.

3. We deliver.

  • Our rider picks up the products/items you prepared and brings it to the customer.
  • As a responsible partner, we take full accountability of any incidents that may affect the quality of products/items we are delivering (e.g. late delivery). You will still get paid for your item, and we offer our customers a refund voucher which they can use on their next transaction.

  1. Happy iMart charges a standard commission rate for successful transactions that go through the app. This covers both our delivery and marketing services.
  2. As part of our investment in our partnership and to ensure sales generation, we will provide you with digital marketing. Moreover, you will be featured in our Premium Listing to welcome you on the platform.
